By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.To summarise, a Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself in the form of a link to my toyhou.se account. Artwork cannot be used commercially (unless commercial pricing is discussed), or claimed as your own. Refunds are inaccessible after I have started colouring your commission; This means that after I have finished cleaning up the line art, that is your last chance to cancel and receive at least a partial refund.- SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT -I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only (unless the project has been discussed and commercial pricing has been discussed and applied).Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me (see above).The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Lioden if on-site or my toyhou.se if offsite) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.Prohibited Actions include:
- Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand is not allowed, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other similar use.
- Using my artwork as references for your own, specifically, tracing or re-purposing parts of the image is
not allowed.
- Claiming my artwork as your own is art theft even if you paid for it. ALWAYS give me credit.If these terms are broken, you will be privately and permanently blacklisted from commissioning me.- SECTION II a. PAYMENT INFORMATION -I accept payment in USD and payments will be taken via. PayPal.Payment must be done in two parts, half up front before the commission commences, and the other half once the sketch is confirmed as satisfactory, before I start cleaning, colouring, and rendering.You will be given 1 week after the commission request is confirmed and 24 hours after the finalised sketch to pay for each stage.Non-payment within either of these time periods will result in the commission being cancelled unless you have a valid reason. Any progress up to this point, if any, will be re-purposed.It is the client's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will bounce back and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within these time frames - and I know for certain that I haven't received the payment - then these terms apply to you.- SECTION II b. REFUND POLICY -If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission while the artwork is in progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.I do have an approximate basis for refunding client cancelations based on the stage of the art that's been commenced:
Sketch: 90% return
Line Art: 50% return
Colour Onwards: 0% returnNo refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.- SECTION III. WILL/WON'T DRAW -Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. If something you're looking for isn't specified, please ask.Allowed Content:
Humans/Humanoid-like creatures (my most comfortable)

Semi-Nudity (no genitalia)
Monsters (not always, and more humanoid designs preferred)
Animals/Ferals (I cannot guarantee the quality for this category as it is not my usual subject matter)
Gore (I cannot guarantee the quality for this category as it is not my usual subject matter, but it is fun to draw)Disallowed Content:

Any sort of hateful content; such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with intentionally harmful/negatively provocative Nazi/Soviet/KKK etc. imagery or paraphernalia.- SECTION IV. WORKFLOW -Please note that while I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, I ask you allow and expect some variation. I will always seek your approval of any changes made first. This is how I work best.Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take on average 1 to 2 weeks and at most 1 month.
If for a valid reason (ie. health, family death, uni exams, etc.) I cannot complete a commission within 30 days of ordering, I will be in touch well in advance and if the client chooses, a refund will be issued according to the previously covered refund policy.If for any other reason I cannot complete a commission within 30 days of ordering and I, the artist, choose to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.All commission types include a sketch approval stage. I will send any work/s in progress (WIPs) to the client via the contact information provided to me.Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.
Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage. This includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, redrawing parts of the image, etc.After the sketch has been approved, no free major edits or changes will be made.If the commissioner requests additional edits after the sketch has been approved, a price for the edits may be discussed.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.Lastly, thank you for your interest in my artwork. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions!
